The sum of $104,000, or so much thereof as 20 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Foreign Language 21 Interpreter Fund to the Supreme Court for the Foreign 22 Language Interpreter Program. 23 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 24 July 1, 2000.
