1 AN ACT to amend the Mental Health and Developmental
2 Disabilities Code.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental
6 Disabilities Code is amended by changing Section 1-101 as
7 follows:
8 (405 ILCS 5/1-101) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 1-101)
9 Sec. 1-101. Definitions. As used in this Act, unless the
10 context otherwise requires, the terms defined in this Chapter
11 have the meanings ascribed to them herein.
