1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3995
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3995, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 4, line 20, by replacing "The Department" with
5 the following:
6 "Upon finding that a distributor has committed any of the
7 acts prohibited by subsection (a), knowing or having reason
8 to know that he or she has done so, or has failed to comply
9 with any requirement of subsection (b), the Department"; and
10 on page 4, by replacing lines 25 through 27 with the
11 following:
12 "involved or $5,000."; and
13 on page 5, line 28, by replacing "form" with "from"; and
14 on page 9, line 32, by replacing "The Department" with the
15 following:
16 "Upon finding that a distributor has committed any of the
17 acts prohibited by subsection (a), knowing or having reason
18 to know that he or she has done so, or has failed to comply
19 with any requirement of subsection (b), the Department"; and
20 on page 10, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the
