1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3881
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3881 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 20 through 30 with the following:
4 "(8) Emergency Security procedures and the use of
5 personnel and equipment to respond to an actual, a
6 threatened, or a reasonably potential danger to the
7 safety of employees, students, staff or public property,
8 provided that a description of the actual danger shall be
9 made a part of the motion to close the meeting.".
