1 AN ACT to amend the Motor Fuel Tax Law by changing
2 Section 1.1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Motor Fuel Tax Law is amended by changing
6 Section 1.1 as follows:
7 (35 ILCS 505/1.1) (from Ch. 120, par. 417.1)
8 Sec. 1.1. Motor fuel. "Motor Fuel" means all volatile
9 and inflammable liquids produced, blended or compounded for
10 the purpose of, or which are suitable or practicable for,
11 operating motor vehicles. Among other things, "Motor Fuel"
12 includes "Special Fuel" as defined in Section 1.13 of this
13 Act.
