 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3619

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3619,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 1, lines 5 and 6, by replacing "and 7-103.101"
 5    with "7-103.101, 7-103.102, and 7-103.102a"; and

 6    on page 4, after line 12, by inserting the following:

 7        (735 ILCS 5/7-103.102 new)
 8        Sec.  7-103.102.  Quick-take;  Village   of   Barrington.
 9    Quick-take  proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a
10    period  of  24  months  after  the  effective  date  of  this
11    amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly by the Village of
12    Barrington for the acquisition  of  the  following  described
13    property for business development and municipal purposes:
14             That  part  of  the Southwest Quarter of Section 36,
15        Township 43 North, Range 9 East of  the  Third  Principal
16        Meridian, Lake County, Illinois described as follows:
17             Beginning  at  the  most westerly corner of Lot 5 in
18        COUNTY CLERK'S DIVISION of the West 1/2 of the  Southeast
19        Quarter  and  unsubdivided lands in the Southwest Quarter
20        (except Railroads) in Section 36 and the East 1/2 of  the
21        Southeast  Quarter  (Except  Railroads)  in  Section  35,
22        Township  43  North,  Range 9 East of the Third Principal
