1 AN ACT to amend the Electric Supplier Act by changing
2 Section 10.10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Electric Supplier Act is amended by
6 changing Section 10.10 as follows:
7 (220 ILCS 30/10.10) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 410.10)
8 Sec. 10.10. Electric supplier tax; exemption. Any
9 public utility paying a tax on its gross revenue for each
10 fiscal year pursuant to the provisions of the Public
11 Utilities Act, shall not be subject to the provisions of
12 Sections 10.1 through 10.9 of this Act.
