1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3426
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3426 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. The Illinois Controlled Substances Act is
5 amended by adding Section 309.1 as follows:
6 (720 ILCS 570/309.1 new)
7 Sec. 309.1. Prohibited use of controlled substance
8 registration numbers.".
