1 AN ACT in relation to education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
5 Section 1A-6 as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/1A-6) (from Ch. 122, par. 1A-6)
7 Sec. 1A-6. Powers and duties of the Board under the
8 Capital Assistance Program. The Board is authorized to issue
9 grant entitlements for Planning Assistance, School
10 Construction Projects and Debt Service and to determine the
11 priority order for Planning Assistance grants and School
12 Construction Project grants as provided for under Article 1A
13 of the "Capital Development Board Act", approved July 10,
14 1972, as amended.

16 Section 10. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended
17 by changing Section 9.05 as follows:
18 (110 ILCS 205/9.05) (from Ch. 144, par. 189.05)
19 Sec. 9.05. Rules. To make rules and regulations for its
20 meetings, procedures and the execution of the powers and
21 duties delegated to it by this Act.
