1 AN ACT to amend the Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards
2 Act.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act is
6 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (815 ILCS 370/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 1701)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the "Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act".
