1 AN ACT to amend the Residential Mortgage License Act by
2 changing Section 1-1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987
6 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
7 (205 ILCS 635/1-1) (from Ch. 17, par. 2321-1)
8 Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
9 be cited as the "Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987".
