1 AN ACT to amend the State Gift Ban Act by changing
2 Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The State Gift Ban Act is amended by changing
6 Section 1 as follows:
7 (5 ILCS 425/1)
8 Sec. 1. Short Title. Short title. This Act may be cited
9 as the State Gift Ban Act.
