1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2976
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2976 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following:
4 "information is not released; and (xvii) agreements, to which
5 a public body as defined in subsection (a) is a party,
6 settling threatened or actual litigation, including
7 agreements designated as confidential or filed with a court
8 under seal, but not including agreements settling actual or
9 threatened litigation brought by persons committed to the
10 Illinois Department of Corrections.".
