1 AN ACT making an appropriation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $3,500,000, or as much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture for FY2000, to
7 be used for the costs of a farmer retraining program.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
9 becoming law.
