2 CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT
3 ON HOUSE BILL 2773

6 To the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the
7 House of Representatives:
8 We, the conference committee appointed to consider the
9 differences between the houses in relation to Senate
10 Amendments Nos. 2, 3 and 5 to House Bill 2773, recommend the
11 following:
12 (1) That the House concur in Senate Amendments Nos. 2, 3,
13 and 5; and
14 (2) That House Bill 2773, AS AMENDED, be further amended
15 as follows:
16 in Section 5, Sec. 10-26, subsection (e), by replacing "(e)
17 The Illinois Department shall immediately conduct" with the
18 following:
19 "(e) By February 1, 2000, the Illinois Department shall
20 conduct"; and
21 in Section 5, Sec. 10-26, subsection (f), by replacing "(f)
22 The" with the following:
23 (f) By March 1, 2000, the".
