1 AN ACT to amend the Northeastern Illinois Planning Act by
2 adding Section 21.5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Northeastern Illinois Planning Act by
6 adding Section 21.5 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 1705/21.5 new)
8 Sec. 21.5. Access to sewer systems and waste water
9 treatment facilities. The Commission (i) may review proposed
10 access to sewer systems and waste water treatment facilities
11 and (ii) may oppose or deny that access if the proposed
12 access will have impacts on the Counties Area.
