1 AN ACT making an appropriation for breast, cervical, and
2 prostate cancer research.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $3,800,000 is appropriated from
6 the General Revenue Fund to the Breast, Cervical, and
7 Prostate Cancer Research Fund to be used by the Department of
8 Public Health for fiscal year 1999 research grants in
9 accordance with Section 55.70 of the Civil Administrative
10 Code of Illinois.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
