1 AN ACT to foster economic development.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Export Trading Company Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 650/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 3601)
7 Sec. 1. Short-title. This Act shall be known and may
8 be cited as the Export Trading Company Act.
