The sum of $4,800,000, or so much thereof as 31 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Racetrack 32 Improvement Fund to the Illinois Racing Board for improvement 33 of racetrack facilities pursuant to the provisions of Section HB2532 Engrossed -3- BOB-IRB2000 1 32 of the "Illinois Racing Act of 1975". 2 Section 3. The sum of $5,000, or so much thereof as may 3 be necessary, is appropriated from the Horse Race Tax 4 Allocation Fund to the Illinois Horse Racing Board for 5 payment to inter-track wagering location licensees pursuant 6 to paragraph 11(B) of subsection (h) of Section 26 of the 7 "Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975, 230 ILCS 5/26." 8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 9 July 1, 1999.
