1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
5 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
6 to the Human Rights Commission for the objects and purposes
7 hereinafter enumerated:
8 GENERAL OFFICE
9 Payable from General Revenue Fund:
10 For Personal Services ........................ $ 861,300
11 For Employee Retirement Contributions
12 Paid by Employer ............................ 34,500
13 For State Contributions to State
14 Employees' Retirement System ................ 83,700
15 For State Contributions to
16 Social Security ............................. 65,200
17 For Contractual Services ..................... 171,700
18 For Travel ................................... 34,000
19 For Commodities .............................. 13,000
20 For Printing ................................. 5,500
21 For Equipment................................. 13,900
22 For Telecommunications Services .............. 21,500
23 Total $1,304,300
24 Section 2. The amount of $778,800, or so much thereof as
25 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
26 Fund to the Human Rights Commission for expenses relating to
27 the processing of human rights cases.
28 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
29 July 1, 1999.
