91_HB2513eng HB2513 Engrossed BOB-FDA2000 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 1. The sum of $4,079,400, or so much thereof as 5 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 6 business on June 30, 1999, from reappropriations heretofore 7 made in Article 80, Section 1 of Public Act 90-0585, is 8 reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois 9 Farm Development Authority for transfer to the Illinois 10 Agricultural Loan Guarantee Fund. 11 Section 2. The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof as 12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 13 Fund to the Illinois Farm Development Authority for the 14 purpose of interest buy-back as authorized under the Illinois 15 Farm Development Act. 16 Section 3. The sum of $14,000,000 is appropriated from 17 the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Farm Development 18 Authority for transfer to the Illinois Agricultural Loan 19 Guarantee Fund. 20 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 21 July 1, 1999.
