1 AN ACT concerning higher education, amending named Acts.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by
5 adding Section 20 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 305/20 new)
7 Sec. 20. Form of appropriation request. The annual
8 appropriation request that the Board of Trustees makes to the
9 General Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the
10 University, with further breakdowns by fund,
11 function/division, and line item.
12 Section 10. The Southern Illinois University Management
13 Act is amended by adding Section 10 as follows:
14 (110 ILCS 520/10 new)
15 Sec. 10. Form of appropriation request. The annual
16 appropriation request that the Board makes to the General
17 Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the University,
18 with further breakdowns by fund, function/division, and line
19 item.
20 Section 15. The Chicago State University Law is amended
21 by adding Section 5-115 as follows:
22 (110 ILCS 660/5-115 new)
23 Sec. 5-115. Form of appropriation request. The annual
24 appropriation request that the Board makes to the General
25 Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the University,
26 with further breakdowns by fund, function/division, and line
27 item.

2 amended by adding Section 10-115 as follows:

9 Section 25. The Governors State University Law is
10 amended by adding Section 15-115 as follows:
