1 AN ACT in relation to State Funds.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The State Comptroller Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (15 ILCS 405/1) (from Ch. 15, par. 201)
7 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as the "State Comptroller Act".

10 Section 10. The State Officers and Employees Money
11 Disposition Act is amended by changing Section 6a as follows:
12 (30 ILCS 230/6a) (from Ch. 127, par. 176a.1)
13 Sec. 6a. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
14 be cited as the "State Officers and Employees Money
15 Disposition Act".
