1 AN ACT to amend the Uniform Peace Officers' Disciplinary
2 Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Uniform Peace Officers' Disciplinary Act
6 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (50 ILCS 725/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 2551)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the "Uniform Peace Officers' Disciplinary Act".
