91_HB1963eng HB1963 Engrossed LRB9105098NTsb 1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by adding Sections 2 10-21.9a and 34-18.5a. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections 6 10-21.9a and 34-18.5a as follows: 7 (105 ILCS 5/10-21.9a new) 8 Sec. 10-21.9a. Noncertified employee list. Before the 9 start of each school year, a school board shall submit to the 10 State Board of Education a list of all of the school 11 district's noncertified employees and a description of each 12 employee's job responsibilities. 13 (105 ILCS 5/34-18.5a new) 14 Sec. 34-18.5a. Noncertified employee list. Before the 15 start of each school year, the Board shall submit to the 16 State Board of Education a list of all of the school 17 district's noncertified employees and a description of each 18 employee's job responsibilities.
