1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Illinois Department of Human Services for the
7 establishment and operation of the Home Modification Grant
8 and Loan Program.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
10 1, 1999.
