1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Board of
6 Education for grants to school districts to hire school
7 nurses under the Tobacco Litigation Settlement Distribution
8 Act.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 1999.
