1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Act on the Aging by changing
2 Section 3.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Act on the Aging is amended by
6 changing Section 3 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 105/3) (from Ch. 23, par. 6103)
8 Sec. 3. Definitions. As used in this Act, unless the
9 context otherwise requires, the terms specified in Sections
10 3.01 through 3.10 have the meanings ascribed to them in those
11 Sections.
