1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1617
2 AMENDMENT NO. ____. Amend House Bill 1617, on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 1 through 4 with the following:
4 "(6) Two or more substantiated complaints against a
5 facility for violations of Sections 2-108 and 2-110 for
6 which the Department issues a notice of violation under
7 Section 3-301 and for which an accepted plan of
8 correction was not complied with.; and
9 on page 3, immediately below line 6, by inserting the
10 following:
11 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.".
