1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of Natural
2 Resources.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $150,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Natural Resources for a grant to the Village of Homewood
8 to upgrade storm water retention areas.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 1999.
