1 AN ACT to amend the Probation Challenge Program Act by
2 changing Section 6.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Probation Challenge Program Act is
6 amended by changing Section 6 as follows:
7 (730 ILCS 120/6) (from Ch. 38, par. 1506)
8 Sec. 6. To the fullest extent practicable, the Board
9 shall provide for the utilization of the facilities of
10 community colleges within each county having a population of
11 2,000,000 or more inhabitants in the administration of this
12 Act. In particular, Kennedy-King College and Malcolm X
13 College, both of which are City Colleges of Chicago, shall be
14 utilized in the administration of this Act.
