1 AN ACT in relation to the O'Neill Lumber Company Site,
2 amending named Acts.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
6 amended by adding Section 46.41c as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 605/46.41c new)
8 Sec. 46.41c. O'Neill Lumber Company Site. The Department
9 of Commerce and Community Affairs may participate in the
10 conversion of the O'Neill Lumber Company Site into a
11 construction trades training and incubator facility and may
12 make grants and expend funds for this purpose.
13 Section 10. The Capital Development Board Act is amended
14 by adding Section 10.17 as follows:
15 (20 ILCS 3105/10.17 new)
16 Sec. 10.17. O'Neill Lumber Company Site. To make a grant
17 to the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs, to be
18 used by the Department for the conversion of the O'Neill
19 Lumber Company Site into a construction trades training and
20 incubator facility.
21 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
22 becoming law.
