1 AN ACT to amend the Capital Development Board Act by
2 adding Section 10.18.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended
6 by adding Section 10.18 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 3105/10.18 new)
8 Sec. 10.18. O'Neill Lumber Company redevelopment. To
9 make grants to the East St. Louis Small Business Development
10 Center, Inc. to redevelop the O'Neill Lumber Company site in
11 East St. Louis, Illinois.
