1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Board of
6 Education for the K-3 class size reduction grant program
7 created under Section 2-3.126 of the School Code.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
9 1, 1999.
