1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Forestry Development Act by
2 changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Forestry Development Act is
6 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (525 ILCS 15/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 9101)
8 Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
9 "Illinois Forestry Development Act".
