1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Plumbing License Law by
2 changing Section 26.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Plumbing License Law is amended
6 by changing Section 26 as follows:
7 (225 ILCS 320/26) (from Ch. 111, par. 1125)
8 Sec. 26. Administrative Review Law. All final
9 administrative decisions of the Director hereunder shall be
10 subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the
11 Administrative Review Law, and all amendments and
12 modifications thereof, and the rules adopted pursuant
13 thereto. The term "administrative decision" is defined as in
14 Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
