1 AN ACT to amend the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act by
2 changing Section 14.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended
6 by changing Section 14 as follows:
7 (35 ILCS 120/14) (from Ch. 120, par. 453)
8 Sec. 14. Short title; additional tax. This Act shall be
9 known as the "Retailers' Occupation Tax Act" and the tax
10 herein imposed shall be in addition to all other occupation
11 or privilege taxes imposed by the State of Illinois or by any
12 municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof.
