1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Income Tax Act by changing
2 Section 1106.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by
6 changing Section 1106 as follows:
7 (35 ILCS 5/1106) (from Ch. 120, par. 11-1106)
8 Sec. 1106. Nonliability for costs. The Department shall
9 not be required to furnish any bond nor to make a deposit for
10 or pay any costs or fees of any court or officer of the court
11 thereof in any legal proceedings pursuant to the provisions
12 of this Act.
