2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 799 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 24 through 27 with the following:
4 "are conducted without a fee (other than voluntary
5 donations), by charitable organizations acting in the public
6 welfare under"; and
7 on page 6, by replacing line 13 with the following:
8 "An applicant for initial original licensure in".
