The Board of Higher Education Act is amended 6 by changing Section 9 as follows: 7 (110 ILCS 205/9) (from Ch. 144, par. 189) 8 Sec. 9. Powers and duties. The Board shall exercise the 9 powers and duties specified in the following Sections 10 preceding Section 10 in addition to those otherwise specified 11 in this Act. 12 (Source: P.A. 85-1019.)
