1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Joy Community Fire
2 Protection District.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $218,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
7 Revenue Fund to the State Fire Marshal for a grant to the Joy
8 Community Fire Protection District for the purpose of
9 building a new fire station.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1999.
