1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of State
2 Police.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
6 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
7 State Police for the purpose of monitoring child pornography
8 on the internet.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 1999.
