1 AN ACT to amend the Mental Health and Developmental
2 Disabilities Code by changing Section 6-100.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental
6 Disabilities Code is amended by changing Section 6-100 as
7 follows:
8 (405 ILCS 5/6-100) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 6-100)
9 Sec. 6-100. Judicial proceedings. Judicial proceedings
10 conducted pursuant to this Act shall be conducted in
11 accordance with the Civil Practice Law, except to the extent
12 the provisions of this Act indicate to the contrary or are
13 inconsistent, in which case this Act governs.
