91_HB0135eng HB0135 Engrossed LRB9100724PTpk 1 AN ACT concerning appropriation bills. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the 5 Agency Appropriation Act. 6 Section 5. Separate appropriation bills. An 7 appropriation bill introduced in and passed by the General 8 Assembly shall contain appropriations to no more than one 9 State department, State agency, or other entity of State 10 government. Appropriations to each State department, State 11 agency, or other entity of State government shall be 12 contained in separate bills introduced in and passed by the 13 General Assembly.
