3 ON HOUSE BILL 134

6 To the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the
7 House of Representatives:
8 We, the conference committee appointed to consider the
9 differences between the houses in relation to Senate
10 Amendments No. 2 and 3 to House Bill 134, recommend the
11 following:
12 (1) that the House concur in Senate Amendment Nos. 2 and
13 3; and
14 (2) that House Bill 134 be further amended, AS AMENDED,
15 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
16 No. 2, on page 1, lines 15 and 18, by replacing "85%", each
17 time it appears, with "15%"; and
18 on page 2, line 2, by replacing "85%" with "15%".
