PROP TX-VETERANS PROP                                                      

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Property Tax Code.   Provides  that  all  property  of      
   veterans'  organizations  used  at  least  70%  of  the  time it is in      
   operation (now  exclusively)  for  charitable,  patriotic,  and  civic      
   purposes is exempt.  Effective immediately.
