Provides that a person employed as a full-time instructor or administrator at the Robert Crown Center in Hinsdale may elect to participate in the System and may purchase service credit for certain prior employment in that capacity. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE There may be a fiscal impact as required contributions may not cover the entire cost of earned or purchased service credit.
