ABUSD CHLD-GENITAL MUTILATION                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Abused and Neglected Child  Reporting  Act.   Provides      
   that  an  abused  child  includes  a child against whom the offense of      
   female genital mutilation has been committed.  Effective immediately.
