Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Makes  an  appropriation  of  $50,000  to   the   Department   of      
   Transportation for engineering and construction costs for installation      
   of  traffic  signals and related modifications and improvements at the      
   intersection of U.S. Route 45/52 and Indian Oaks Road/County Highway 8      
   in Kankakee County, Illinois.   Effective July 1, 1998.
