Requires coverage under those Acts to include diabetes self-management training and education. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Specifies supplies and equipment for diabetes management that are to be covered. Includes blood glucose monitors, infusion devices, and insulin. Deletes provisions requiring the Department of Public Health to develop training standards. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2.
